Business Development Executive

Job Description

- Identifying & prospecting new potential leads and territories for growing sales

- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans  

- Keeping prospective database and email list updated

- Building relationships with Current and potential clients

- Reaching out identified leads and prospects with channels like Cold E-mails, Cold Calls, LinkedIn etc

- Understanding clients need and communicating properly with technical team to offer a proper solution to client

- Preparing proposal and pitch deck collaboratively with team to approach the lead

- Arranging meetings for seniors and attending meetings with hot/warm leads if required

- Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals

- Following up with cold/warm leads to process them through sales pipeline

- Identifying partnership opportunities & Arranging partnership meetings in different territories to expand business

- Convincing clients directly on physical meetings or virtual meetings along with team member nationally and internationally

Candidate Requirement

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers and team

- Fluency over English language as well Hindi/Gujarati is very much appreciated

- Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives, Inside and outside of company

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Core sales stream is appreciate but not compulsory)

- Should be very good at time management and analytics skills

- Should be able to work goal oriented and under tight target pressure

- Candidate should be confident and energetic

- Having a proven good sales record previously is very much appreciated

- Mush have good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and relationship building skills

- Hands on to create good presentations is appreciated

- Should have knowledge of Excel sheet, tools and technology used in sales like CRM and other prospecting tools

- Managing Technical & On Page SEO

- Creating High Quality Link Building

- Responsible for Creating Digital Marketing Strategy for Digipple & Clients

- Tracking the performance of all campaigns

- Research Content Ideas & Content Distribution

- Knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics & Other Google Tools

- Strong understanding of current marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice

- Build an Inbound Marketing Plan

- Keyword Research & Competitive Analysis Skill

Roles & Responsibilities

- Understanding client’s design requirements and studying design briefs

- Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements

- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

- Collaborating with social media team and content team to make creatives

- You will be designing brand identities (Logo), Packages, Social Media Banners brochures, Illustrations, isometric graphics and basic motion graphics

- Good research should be done by you before executing design

- Sketching and illustrating both Physically and Digitally

- Deciding Design layouts, including selection of colors, images, and typefaces

- Amend designs after feedback

Candidate Requirement

- Keen eyeballs for good aesthetics and attractive design

- Should good at communication with Visual representations

- Should be expert with design softwares like Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop

- Should be familiar with design softwares like Adobe Indesign, Adobe Dimension & Adobe Premier pro/Final Cut Pro

- Should have a strong portfolio consisting of Illustrations design, banners and logos
